Luna’s talk on “Ugly, Quick and Dirty” prototyping featured on Gamasutra - November 17th, 2009
Last week, we mentioned that two members of our Boomzap team - co-founder Chris Natsuume and producer/designer Luna Cruz were speaking at the IGDA Leadership Forum. Today, we’re very pleasantly surprised to see a write-up of Luna’s talk appear on Gamasutra! Here’s an excerpt of the article:
Says Cruz, “In our company anybody can tell anybody else their idea sucks. But having a main designer really helps. But that doesn’t mean I always get what I want. If I give an artist a level… She says ‘wouldn’t it be fun if we change this for that?’ because we encourage everyone to speak up, they know that if it’s a good idea, you’d take it.”
